Country Place in Sarasota is a quiet subdivision located just south of the South Gate and Bee Ridge districts. The neighborhood initial development took place in the 1970s and continued for a couple of decades.
As a traditional suburb in Sarasota, Country Place offers home buyers lots of space in terms of lots, homes, sidewalks, streets and green areas. Country Place is conveniently located south of Proctor Road and east of Beneva Road, not far from the Beneva Village shopping center. Neighbors will find a large Publix supermarket along with restaurants and shops. For even more shopping options, the Westfield Square Mall is nearby.
Country Place residents will find the Red Bough Slough just down the road. Fishing ponds and nature trails are there to be enjoyed. Bee Ridge Park is within a mile for athletics and family picnics. The beaches of Siesta Key are close enough for daily visits: it takes about 10 minutes to drive with no traffic.
