The Reserve at Crossing Creek in Bradenton is living proof of the resilience of the Southwest Florida housing market. This planned residential development started construction back in 2009 and then went on a hiatus. Pricing for the Reserve at Crossing Creek will range from $216,990 to $274,990. Centex plans to attract refined home shoppers with great architectural designs that improve upon the Mediterranean-style homes that are staples of Southwest Florida neighborhoods.
There are only 88 home sites at the Reserve, which means that they will sell fast. The neighborhood is located close to the revitalized downtown Bradenton and surrounded by Manatee County parks and other attractions such as the white-sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Residents have easy access to boating, fishing, hiking, and outdoor activities.
The Reserve at Crossing Creek is served by Tara Elementary, Louise Johnson Middle and Braden River High Schools of the Manatee County School District. Many private academies are also located close to the neighborhood.
