With demand for housing in Southwest Florida on the rise, home builders such as Medallion Home are exploring new opportunities to fill the inventory gap and present house hunters with interesting and valuable real estate opportunities. Medallion Home is taking a page from the success of the Lakewood Ranch master-planned community in Manatee County to develop new quality neighborhoods at attractive prices.
The Enclave at Country Meadows in Bradenton is the latest luxury residential project undertaken by Medallion Homes. This neighborhood, which began construction in mid-2013, consists of 68 single-family home sites that will measure from 2,300 to 3,2000 square feet. The Enclave is surrounded by a nature preserve that features a central lake; some lucky home shoppers will be able to get lakefront views, but all homeowners will enjoy the lush Florida foliage.
Some of the floor plans at the Enclave will include attractive models such as the three-bedroom and three-bathroom Santa Maria, which includes a breakfast nook, screened lanai and other nice touches. The total square footage of this floor plan is about 3,800. Smaller floor plans such as the Aruba and Barbados make great use of available living space. The architectural design is a combination of Island Colonial and Mediterranean styles.
This neighborhood is located east of I-75 in a quiet area just south of the Manatee River and to the northwest of Lake Manatee State Park. The Enclave is part of Country Meadows, another Medallion Homes residential project. Although these neighborhoods are located away northeast of Bradenton, they are not isolated. The essential conveniences of suburban lifestyle in Florida such as Publix and Walgreens are located nearby. The white-sandy beaches of the Sarasota Keys are about 30 minutes away.
Future young residents of The Enclave at Country Meadows will be able to attend Gene Witt Elementary, Carlos E, Haile Middle and Lakewood Ranch High Schools, all part of the Manatee County Public Schools District.
