The Enclave at the Villages of Pinetree is a collection of 275 single-family homes located just north of the Palmer Ranch master-planned development in Sarasota County. Most of the spacious homes in this neighborhood were completed within the last eight years. Just like its name suggest, The Enclave features privacy and tranquility thanks to its careful arrangement of homes in circles surrounded by ponds, lakes and carefully landscaped Florida vegetation.
The three residential sections of The Enclave are not connected by roads for the purpose of minimizing traffic and keeping noise down to a minimum. Neighbors can visit each section by crossing footbridges. This is a neighborhood that caters to home buyers who are looking for properties that feature more than 2,000 square feet of living space. The open floor plans, elegant interiors and expansive lots make the homes at the Enclave seem even larger. The pricing here is even more reasonable than at other neighborhoods around Sarasota. For larger families, a 3,214 square feet home with four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms was listed under $440K.
Many of the homes at The Enclave feature private swimming pools; some even have a small picnic and playground area. Although there are no community amenities, residents of The Enclave live very close to the Big Cat Habitat and Rothenbach Park. Farmer markets and major grocery store chains such as Publix are located on nearby Palmer Road. Downtown Sarasota is just 20 minutes away, and the beaches in of the Sarasota Keys can be reached in 30 minutes. The Enclave is served by Tatum Ridge Elementary, McIntosh Middle and Sarasota High Schools.
