Prices at Garden Village in late 2024 start below $400K for homes designed under the starter Allex floor plan. For $600K, you can get a five-bedroom home with nearly 2,500 square feet of interior. These prices are for homes completed in 2019 and equipped with high-end appliances, designer kitchens with granite counter tops, covered lanais, self-cleaning electric range, center island with breakfast bars, and loft spaces for the larger models. Garden Village is a great location for families looking for suburban comfort and nearby attractions. The Sarasota Crossings shopping center is just a few blocks to the north, and it is anchored by a Target store as well as a Publix supermarket.
