Neal Communities, one of the most prestigious builders in Florida and the United States, recently inaugurated an exclusive residential planned development in the coastal city of Venice. Home shoppers can choose between five different architectural designs offered by Neal Communities and a range of floor plans. Two of the home series, the Coral and Cottage homes, feature maintenance-free arrangements for families to enjoy life without concerns.
Life at the Grand Palm begins with affordability. The Coral and Cottage home series start at less than $200K and feature home plans like the 1,434 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and two-car garage Crystal Sand. The higher end floor plans are found in the Cove series, like the 2,367 square feet and three-bedroom Windsong that can be negotiated for less than $275K.
The nature preserve at the Grand Palm takes up one-third of the community’s acreage. The 10-acre Exploration Park at Grand Palm is the largest of the 25 parks interspersed around the 10 subdivisions and neighborhood centers that are connected by biking and hiking trails. Residents can enjoy full access to a 39-acre lake and travel by canoe to an eight-acre island. Other neighborhood amenities include fitness centers, swimming pools, playgrounds, dog parks, basketball, tennis, volleyball and bocce courts.
