Single-family homes featuring at least three bedrooms and two bathrooms can be negotiated for as low as $295K.  Many of the residences at The Oaks Preserve were developed by custom home builders, and they are located in the same section as Bishopscourt Townhomes, which offers a maintenance-free lifestyle.

The Oaks Preserve requires membership in The Oaks Club, which means that residents can enjoy golf, tennis, croquet, swimming, fitness, and more.  The remodeled clubhouse features three fine-dining restaurants and space that can be reserved for social events.  Although The Oaks Preserve is tucked away for the purpose of offering privacy in a relaxed atmosphere, the main gate connects to a busy commercial district with lots of shops and restaurants; the beaches of either Casey or Siesta Key are less than 15 minutes away.
