The River Sound in Bradenton neighborhood by Neal Communities is a good example of how patience and perseverance can greatly pay off when it comes to real estate development. In 2009, home builder Neal Communities took a chance on developing land it had acquired on the eastern banks of the Braden River; the location was superb, but the market was still a few years away from recovering.

Some of the extras that Neal Communities has thoughtfully included extras such as Corian counters, gourmet kitchens, sun decks, solid wood cabinets, balconies, dual sinks, and more. Residents have access to community amenities such as a heated swimming pool, fishing pier, outdoor kitchen, dog park, and nature trails.

River Sound is located south of State Road 64 and east of I-75: this neighborhood is conveniently located near the major shopping and entertainment district known as River’s Edge, which is anchored by a Publix Supermarket, a nine-hole golf course, and a small row of restaurants that include the Outback Steakhouse, Applebee’s, Casa di Pizza, and Gecko’s Grill and Pub.
