Taylor Morrison recently announced the acquisition of 213 acres of land in the Palmer Ranch master-planned development in Sarasota County. Arbor Lakes will offer more than 260 single-family homes in a community that shares the style, comfort and value of the Palmer Ranch lifestyle. The home builder plans to break ground soon and have a few models ready later this year. As expected from Taylor Morrison, the Arbor Lakes community will offer energy-efficient homes with spacious floor plans and special features such as gourmet kitchens, luxurious master bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms.
