This quiet part of town is filled with nature preserves and family-friendly attractions such as Rothenbach Park and Celery Fields.
With only 104 single-family homes in Palmer Glen, this neighborhood provides a very private and intimate ambiance. Floor plans offer between three and four bedrooms with at least 2,000 square feet of living space. All properties are custom builds, so you have a nice diversity of architectural styles; many homes feature upgrades such as swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, and covered lanais that look out into backyards or lakes. The lush tropical landscaping is mature and has been meticulously maintained since the community opened in the late 1990s.
Most residents of Palmer Glen are families who appreciate living close to a few of Sarasota’s finest public schools; other residents are retirees who enjoy living close to various golf courses.
