Most people driving to Bradenton Beach will not realize that the homes of Harbour Landings are just north of Cortez Road on the edge of Palma Sola Bay. This is a very discreet and secluded neighborhood that hides great real estate.

Mangrove islands and bayous protect the Harbour Landings homes, anchorage and slips from extreme weather conditions coming from the Gulf of Mexico. Boaters can launch their watercraft from the back of their homes and reach Palma Sola Bay in less than 10 minutes.
In terms of entertainment, the legendary seafood restaurants of Cortez Village are about five minutes away, and the same goes for Bradenton Beach. A more interesting outing may involve a boat ride to Anna Maria Island, docking on the bay side and enjoying one of the local restaurants.
