Great views are available starting on the second level, but they are even better on the upper floors. There are only 15 units in this exclusive condo; they all have two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on floor plans that measure at least 1,674 square feet.

Luxurious details that can be found in each of the Che Vista Venice units include granite countertops, panoramic lanais, designer cabinets, cathedral ceilings, and large dens. The landscaping is immaculate, the covered parking spots offer plenty of privacy, and each unit gets additional storage space. Two pets are allowed per homeowner, and long-term vacation rentals are permitted as long as they are for at least three months.

With exclusive access to the beach just steps away from the swimming pool and cabana area, Che Vista feels like a beach resort. Since the building is located to the north of West Venice Avenue, the beach section does not get very crowded. The location is superb because it is within walking distance of the Venice Pier, Sharkey’s, and Graser Park. You can get your shopping done at the Venice Farmers Market and the shops of the Historic Downtown Venice district, which is close enough for a bike ride.

When Che Vista was completed in 2018, new units sold at prices starting around $600K. In 2024 a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sold for $935K. As you can see property values have appreciated considerably in the last few years, and some of the improved units can fetch listing prices over a million dollars.
