Parking at the Courtyard is discreetly located in the rear of the building, but residents are more likely to walk just a couple of blocks for shopping and entertainment. The Mandeville beer garden, for example, is just around the corner, and the same goes for watering holes such as Blue Rooster, where you can also enjoy live music on select nights. Renowned restaurants such as The Rosemary and Station 400 are just a few blocks away, and walking to the Publix supermarket at Broadway Promenade will take about 15 minutes.
