There are many fabulous home builders in Sarasota & Manatee County that build gorgeous homes. Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg, Medallion, John Cannon and Lee Wetherington are a few local builders who come to mind. Then there are the national home builders who also build in this area like DR Horton, London Bay and Lennar. Quality and customer service absolutely help in any purchasing decision. For example, you might be selling your Neal home (Neal Communities) for whatever reason and again the quality and customer service was just so good it brings you right back to Neal for your next home new or used. The point is this is a good place to Search New and Used Homes for Sale by a Specific Builder. I haven’t seen these meticulous searches on any site in the area. Why? It simply isn’t very easy to do.
Some of the Real Estate searches on this site like Homes for Sale with a Pool, Spanish-Mediterranean Style Homes, Historical Homes and Waterfront Homes are pretty easy to do. With the help of our IDX programmer in California and a little money I’m able to get that accomplished. The builder searches have been another ball game altogether. There is no easy way to pull “Taylor Morrison” out of the description written by the listing agent and automatically add that particular MLS # to a particular preconfigured search. I have been doing it manually and actually that will not change either. I’m not going to get into the specifics on how making the updates are easier, but I can tell you that the builder searches will be updated each week.
