Designed by renowned home builder Arthur Rutenberg in the mid-1980s, Fairway Woods Sarasota is a perfect example of efficient infill development; most of the mature forest west of the TPC Prestancia course has been preserved, thus providing homeowners with lots of privacy and great views.
