Located north of the Bradenton Country Club, Golf View Park is a small subdivision with plenty of character and a history that goes back almost 100 years. As its name indicates, this neighborhood was specifically developed in the vicinity of a golf course that eventually became the first country club in Manatee County. The southern sections of the community were completed in 1920, a few years before the club opened, and some of those original properties are still standing.

At Golf View Park Bradenton, residents enjoy living in a place that offers real estate diversity at affordable prices. Most of the historic homes have been lovingly remodeled over the decades, but you can still find a few in need of renovation; these are often listed at enticing prices. One of the most attractive selling points of Golf View Park Bradenton is its location along both sides of Manatee Avenue. Driving to Holmes Beach takes less than 15 minutes, and the attractions of Downtown Bradenton are just a few miles to the east. The Westgate Shopping Center offers a Publix supermarket located a few blocks from the community, and the entire Manatee Avenue corridor is filled with restaurants, shops, cafes, and many other conveniences.
