The 283 acres of Riviera Dunes, the most desirable district of Palmetto, are located on the northern banks of the Manatee River, and they offer opportunities such as Laguna, a collection of mid-rise condominium towers that combine comfort with luxury and convenience at very reasonable prices.

Laguna is a condo neighborhood that was completed around 2005. As you can imagine, the units on the higher floors tend to be listed at higher prices because they are larger and offer even more dramatic views of the marina, the river, and the Bradenton skyline.

In addition to the aforementioned bar and gill plus the small grocery store, Laguna residents enjoy their very own swimming pool, picnic spaces, volleyball court, a small beach area by the lake, two tennis courts, a jogging trail, and even a putting green. The marina next door offers the elegant Dockside Restaurant, and you are only a few minutes away from a Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket. Holmes Beach is close enough to visit on a daily basis.
