Medallion Home acquired the property in an auction that pushed the winning bid to a little over $800K. The land is located near Ft. Hamer and Golf Course Road, and it joins the other developments by Medallion Home in Parrish: Gamble Creek Estates, River Plantation and Twin Rivers.
The residential builder community in Florida has been looking at East Manatee County lately as an area ripe for development, with the unincorporated community of Parrish leading the way.
