Located along the shores of Tampa Bay and the Manatee River, Palmetto is a beautiful waterfront community which approximately 13,500 residents call home. Palmetto offers many housing options that are both attractive and reasonably priced. It offers easy access to the area’s highways and interstates, while providing many beautiful parks, fine schools, and a thriving economy. Conveniently located within close proximity to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota, residents of Palmetto are close to many entertainment, shopping, sports and theatre venues. Of course, residents also have easy access to some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the state of Florida.
Palmetto’s beautiful parks and attractions include the Palmetto Historical Park, the Madira Bickel Mount State Archaeological Site, and the Manatee County Agricultural Museum. Regatta Point offers medium-rise condominiums which provide breathtaking views of downtown Bradenton and the Manatee River, as well as first-class marina facilities. The gated community of Amberwynd on Snead Island is close to Bradenton Yacht Club and Emerson Point Nature Preserve, as well as offering close proximity to several marinas and the region’s airports.
