Located near the corner of Honore Avenue and Ashton Road, just west of I-75 in the Bee Ridge district, Reserve at Honore is an intimate community of just 19 single-family residences developed by David Weekley Homes in 2018. This small neighborhood is perfect for home buyers who want to raise families in a private and prosperous setting.
The six floor plans selected by David Weekley Homes for the Reserve are different from what you may be used to seeing around Sarasota. Instead of the typical Mediterranean style that has become very commonplace across Southwest Florida, the homes at the Reserve feature an architectural design inspired by French cottages and country manors.
As of late 2024, pricing at the Reserve started under $525K for the McFerrin floor plan, which offers three bedrooms plus 3.5 bathrooms built on 2,100 square feet of living space.
