Two of the condominium sections in this subdivision are for senior citizens: Vista 1 and Vista 2. The penthouse units in Vista 1 feature three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and more than 2,200 square feet of living space. Residents of these sections are allowed to keep pets, and they also enjoy amenities such as a heated swimming pool, a spa, and outdoor grilling areas that are ideal for entertaining guests.

The rest of the Wild Oak Bay residential sections also offer swimming pools to residents and their guests. Waterfront villas with views of the Sarasota Bay and Longboat Key are the most desirable because of their attractive Mediterranean architecture style and additional backyard space; in fact, a few of these villas boast their own private swimming pool. Even units that are not located in front of the Sarasota Bay will overlook nature preserves or ponds with fountains.

In late 2024, pricing at Wild Oak Bay Bradenton started around $300K for condo units. Some of the most lavishly appointed villas are listed for $650K. The convenient location of this community puts residents just a few minutes away from the Bayshore Gardens shopping center, which includes a few other stores such as Save-a-Lot and Acapulco Tropical Market.
